We have ready availability of MilSPEC conformant materials and tools and can provide precision machined structural parts from hard materials. We also produce complex electrical equipment housings machined out of softer materials such as Aluminum alloys.
We also use 5 axis CNC machining of Titanium and specialized alloy components and CNC machining of complex subparts. And can also craft purpose built ultra-low unit quantity components for specialized applications.
Combining the resources with our sister composites manufacturing activity, ZeroComposites, we can provide hybrid metal and composite or pure composite solutions as well.
For integrated composites and metal work we are happy to work with parts as simple as landing gear doors, nose radomes, winglets, or other consumable fairings that need frequent replacement in operation. Military helicopters also have need for replacements of air-conditioning ducts quickly and efficiently using a combination of 3d printed raw mould forms and aerodynamically good but extremely lightweight carbon fiber air-conditioning ducts.
