Our state-of-the-art 5+ axis CNC machines along with significantly high-end swiss made tooling and high-end tools give the right combination to deliver the quality you desire. All our machines sport high-end in-machine tool probing, component probing and scales on each axis for accurate, fast and reliable production.

These capabilities make us an ideal candidate to supply you with small precise components such as attachments, valves, electrical boxes, ducting, aircraft seats, complex control system components, to larger structural components.

Combining the resources with our sister composites manufacturing activity, ZeroComposites, we can provide hybrid metal and composite or pure composite solutions as well. These include landing gear doors, nose radomes, winglets, or other consumable fairings that see significant need for replacement.

We’re in advanced stages of an audit by Lloyds for AS9100. Material availability of certified Ti6Al4V, Superalloys, AL7075, enabled due to direct relationships with many foundries and material suppliers, gives you the same discounts that you would get for bulk orders.
