DR. NARESH SHARMA, CEO

Naresh Sharma is the CEO and Founder of NASHERO and its XPDYT machining division. Since 2008, Naresh is an ASTM member and an active contributor to the ASTM’s aviation standards including those for General Aviation. Naresh earned a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering and Computer Sciences from the Delft University of Technology in 1997, a Master’s in Aeronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur in 1989, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Kanpur in 1986.

HARJINDER SINGH, HEAD, SHOP FLOOR

Harjinder has eight years of experience working with an aerospace manufacturer. He has experience working in the EU, MENA and Asia. Harjinder has technical trade qualifications and has over 30 years of experience in various positions. He is trained in high precision work and is responsible for keeping the facility and machines running smoothly.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Klemens Rother, ADVISER for MFG and Automation

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Klemens Rother is professor for structural analysis and structural integrity, lightweight construction and concept development of mechanical structures at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich (since 03/2008). He heads the Laboratory for Mathematics and Technical Mechanics MTM and the master’s degree in Technical Calculation and Simulation (Computational Engineering).

Shahid Siddiqi, Advisor Aerospace Strategy

Shahid Siddiqi heads the MISATS Aeronautical Technology R&D. His aeronautical engineering experience covers 30 years in aeronautical design, tech. development and manufacturing. For 15 years he performed R&D for 2 NASA, FAA, general aviation industry, State Aviation and Universities consortia. Siddiqi currently uses Lean Design® methodologies to develop a new generation of innovative aircraft designs. Sid earned a Master’s degree in 1979 in Applied Mechanics from the University of Illinois, and a Bachelor’s degree in 1971 in Aeronautical Engineering, from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

DEEPAK SRINIVASAN, GROWTH ADVISER

A Growth, Marketing and Strategic BD executive with over three decades of experience across US and Asia that spans the ‘arc of technology’ – from consumer to deep tech. He brings in-depth experience in taking complex platforms and apps to market – from concept, UX and dev, to launch and adoption. He has run Product P&Ls from $2 to $200 million. And driven multi-millions in strategic alliances and nearly $1 billion in M&A. A passionate aviation nut who relies on others for his flight time, Deepak has a B.Tech in Aeronautical Eng. from IIT Kanpur.

Fabio Roseghini, Advisor Aerospace Business

Fabio is a passionate aviator, airline pilot and a flight instructor. He has over 9000 hours on passenger jets. As our Aerospace Business Advisor, Fabio brings his depth of expertise and the wisdom of his experience to us. Fabio has been pivotal to helping aviation growth in our local region by organizing FAI competitions as well as being a judge in many of them.
